It is available as a dietary supplement in the form of oil capsules. In order to grow healthy hair, it's important to include enough vitamin E in your diet. You can also use vitamin E capsules to create a homemade, healing formula to repair dry, damaged hair and split ends.



Things You'll Need 

· Vitamin E capsules

· Vitamin E-enriched shampoo

· Small bowl

· Moisturizing conditioner

· Wide-toothed comb

Step 1

Eat foods rich in vitamin E, such as broccoli, spinach, nuts and peanut butter. The Office of Dietary Supplements suggests that the average adult needs 15mg of vitamin E per day. Step 2

Make a healing vitamin E treatment for topical application.
